Cancellation & No-Show policy

At In-Gear Media Marketing, we are committed to providing high-quality service while respecting the time of both our clients and our team. To ensure efficiency and fairness in scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations 
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $150 fee or 10% of the total invoice amount, whichever is greater.

No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation. No-shows are considered last-minute cancellations and will be subject to the same fee structure as outlined above: $150 or 10% of the total invoice amount, whichever is greater.

 
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to three (3) times without incurring a fee. After the third reschedule, any additional rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the $150 fee or 10% of the invoice total, whichever is greater.


Payment & Enforcement
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize In-Gear Media Marketing to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the payment method on file. If no payment method is on file, the fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
